Director

Our team is led by Director Lee Szabo, who brings 36 years of roofing experience and continues a family legacy spanning four generations. Outside of work, Lee enjoys enduro racing and spending time with his four dogs.

Stuart Moulds

Estimator

Stuart is a key member of our estimating team, producing accurate quotations across a wide range of roofing projects. His industry experience and attention to detail help ensure every job starts on the right footing. Outside of work, he enjoys motocross and is well known in the office for his bakery runs.

Daryl Marjoram

Operations Manager

Daryl is responsible for our business operations, finance and compliance, making sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. With a range of professional accreditations and certifications, he's an integral part of the business. A keen angler outside of work, he's well known for boring his colleagues with stories of his latest catches.

Jack Glass

Contracts Coordinator

Jack oversees the scheduling and coordination of works for our public sector clients, ensuring projects are organised efficiently and run to programme. He works closely with site teams, clients and office staff to support planning, allocate resources and maintain clear communication throughout. Outside of work, Jack plays bass in a band with his mates.

Bethany Thomas

Administrator

Beth provides administrative support across the business and is the first point of contact for our clients, handling enquiries and processing paperwork efficiently. Friendly and approachable, she is always happy to help customers and colleagues alike. Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with friends and is well known for heading straight to the pub when Friday afternoon arrives.

Matt Pope

Contracts Manager

Matt oversees the delivery of our projects, coordinating works and ensuring contracts are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. He works closely with clients, suppliers and site teams to keep projects running smoothly. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family and is never far from planning the next holiday.

Today, four members of Lee’s family actively contribute to the business, embodying the principles of trust, reliability, and teamwork. Every member of our labour force holds a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card, demonstrating their proven skills and commitment to industry standards.

Advanced DBS Certified

All operatives also possess advanced DBS certificates, ensuring complete trust and security across all our projects.

First Aid Qualified

Our supervisors are trained and certified in First Aid, providing essential on-site care and promoting a safer working environment.

SSSTS Certified

In addition, all supervisors hold Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) certifications, supporting strong leadership and maintaining the highest levels of site safety.
